Content Policy

Purpose & Scope

This policy sets the rules for community content on GPTS across the blog and apps (Tuning System and Editor). It applies to everything you post or do publicly on the site (collectively, “User‑Generated Content” or “UGC”).

What You Can Post

• Pickleball‑related setups and recipes, discussion and constructive feedback.
• Relevant, non‑spam links that add context or sources.
• Civil conversation in English is preferred; other languages are welcome if respectful and non‑spam.

Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of your content.
• By posting, you grant GPTS (3i7 LLC) a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt your content to operate and promote the service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account is removed, subject to reasonable technical limits (e.g., caches, backups, search indexing) and community anonymization noted below.

Not Allowed (Zero‑Tolerance for Severe Abuse)

• Illegal activity or instructions to commit illegal acts.
• Hate, harassment, or abuse targeting protected classes or individuals.
• Sexual content involving minors; sexualization of minors.
• Self‑harm encouragement or instructions.
• Violent or extremist content that praises or supports real‑world harm.
• Doxxing or sharing others’ personal data (PII) without consent.
• Intellectual property infringement; sharing content you don’t have rights to.
• Scams, spam, malware, or deceptive/manipulative behavior.
• Impersonation of people or brands, or false claims of affiliation.

Equipment Claims & Safety

• Be honest and constructive when sharing setups and results. Cite sources where relevant.
• Don’t encourage unsafe modifications. Follow local, manufacturer, and tournament rules.

Moderation Model

• Setups (paddle recipes): pre‑moderated. Submissions are reviewed in the editor queue and may be approved or returned with feedback. Target review time: 24–48 hours.
• Comments: post‑moderated. Comments publish immediately and are subject to automated text filters and community reports. Repeated violations may lead to restrictions or bans.
• Enforcement: We may remove or edit content, issue warnings, restrict accounts temporarily, or ban permanently. Egregious violations may result in immediate removal or ban.

Reporting & Appeals

• Report content: In‑app reporting (coming soon) or email gpts-support@proton.me with links and context.
• Appeals: You can appeal a moderation decision within 14 days via gpts-support@proton.me. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Retention

• Removed content may be retained internally for up to 30 days for audit and abuse prevention, then purged.
• Moderation action logs are retained only while a case is in progress and are discarded afterwards.
• On account deletion, public UGC is anonymized by default so community threads remain coherent; you can delete your own posts where the UI allows.

Age & Jurisdiction

• Minimum age to use GPTS is 13. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, provide a notice on the site.
